Anita Tamberga and Viviāna Puriņa from 19th to 21st of May, 2016, attended Cicero League of International Lawyers Conference in New York organized by Fred London, Alexandra M. Zablocki and their wonderful team of host firm Dunnington, Bartholomew & Miller LLP.

Cicero 2016 Biannual Meeting was followed by guest speakers Eva Hibnick and Allen Rodriguez (One 400) with the topic “Social Media: Best Practices for Lawyer”.

It was a great opportunity to discover Brooklyn with views of the Manhattan skyline across the East River. A big adventure was sailing through New York Harbor, home of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

As New York City is the birthplace of many jazz legends and continues to be a music hot spot today, Saturday night celebration took place in Harlem’s Apollo Theater by a performance at the Apollo by Grammy Award-winning jazz artist Arturo O’Farrill.
