According to the amendments to the Apartment Property Law, which will enter into force on November 1, 2024, the minority of house owners will be given the opportunity to decide on the maintenance and renovation of the multi-apartment residential building, if the General meeting of the house, which was originally
convened, does not have decision-making rights due to the lack of a quorum. A repeat meeting can be convened within a month after the initial General meeting,
and it will be decisive if more than one third of all apartment owners participate in it. With amendments to the Law on Apartment Property, the minority of apartment
owners are provided with significant powers to decide on house management issues in the case of a repeated General meeting. In a repeated General meeting, the minority can also decide on the replacement of the manager. If a repeated General meeting of apartment owners is convened, the decision of the community of apartment owners will be considered adopted if more than half of the owners of apartment properties represented at the repeated General meeting vote ''for''.
